The return must be made in neutral, appropriate outer packaging. Unfortunately, returns without the original packaging will not be accepted.
Exchange:

If the desired item is in stock, we will of course reserve it for you and initiate the exchange. The customer bears the costs and risk of return shipping.

For orders on our website:
1. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days from the delivery date.
2.The form must be included in your return. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for the returned device. We recommend that you keep your tracking information as we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
3. Once we receive the return at our warehouse, it takes approximately 2 business days to process a refund.
4. Once we issue a refund, it may take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your original payment method.
5. If you want a refund, please contact customer service first. If we receive a returned product without prior consultation with customer service, the return will not be accepted.
